Fuel Bug initial revision (v516)

 Here is a first attempt at the fuel bug tile. Settings are currently hard coded to match a Cessna 172S but they will be configurable soon.

The tile should be used in flight as follows 1) Check fuel level 2) draw an horizontal tick on the gauge and connect it to a box on either side where you mark either time or location
